Use the desktop app

Use the desktop app for many files, or for documents you'd rather keep on your own computer.

Preview. The installer isn't signed yet, so Windows may show a warning. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

  1. Download the installer and run it on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. It doesn't need administrator rights.
  2. Log in with your RasterNivo email and password. You create the account on the website. You need an internet connection to log in and use credits.
  3. Add PDFs. Drag them onto the window, or press Ctrl+O.
  4. Choose pages, resolution and quality. 150 DPI is recommended for most uses.
  5. Choose where to save the images.
  6. Press Convert to JPG or Ctrl+Enter, then open the output folder when it finishes.

Your files and their names stay on your PC. Only the page count and DPI are sent, to use your credits, and each conversion appears in your credit log as Desktop conversion.
