Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Swift InfoCorp, 87/2, Street No. 2, Gautam Gali, Jwala Nagar, Shahdara, New Delhi 110032, India ("we", "us") for the RasterNivo desktop app, command-line tool and cloud API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password and API keys secret, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.

2. Your documents

You keep all rights to the documents you convert and the images produced. You confirm you have the right to process them. We use cloud uploads only to perform the conversion and delete them as described in the privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to process content you have no right to use, to bypass document protection you are not authorised to remove, to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell API access without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans, payment and taxes

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance through Cashfree Payments and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are on the pricing page; GST is added as applicable.
• Credits are included with each plan, expire at the end of their period and have no cash value.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.

5. Free trial and Free plan

The trial and the Free plan are offered as they are, with the limits shown on the pricing page, and may be changed or withdrawn.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features, and we will give notice before removing a feature you pay for. Check converted images before relying on them for important purposes.

7. Desktop software licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the desktop app and command-line tool. Do not reverse engineer them except as the law allows. They include open-source components under their own licences, listed in the app's About dialog.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you did not keep a copy of.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms. Sections 2, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first at support@swiftinfocorp.com; most issues can be resolved quickly.
