RasterNivoPrivacy policy

RasterNivo is provided by Swift InfoCorp, 87/2, Street No. 2, Gautam Gali, Jwala Nagar, Shahdara, New Delhi 110032, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the RasterNivo desktop app, command-line tool and cloud API, and what we do with it. Questions: support@swiftinfocorp.com.
Documents you convert
- Desktop app and command-line tool: your PDFs, passwords and images are processed on your own computer and are not sent to us. These tools collect no usage analytics.
- Cloud API: PDFs you upload are processed on our servers in isolated workers. The PDF is deleted when the job finishes. The resulting images are deleted one hour after the job finishes, and download links expire after 15 minutes. A PDF password is encrypted while the job waits and erased when the job ends; it is never logged or returned. Our staff do not access your documents.

We do not receive or store your card or bank details; Cashfree Payments processes payments under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded PDFs: until the job ends. Images: one hour after the job ends.
- Job metadata: 90 days. Security logs: up to one year.
- Account data: while your account is open. Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run RasterNivo, under confidentiality obligations: Cashfree Payments (payments), our hosting and storage providers, and our email delivery provider. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes. Cloud conversions run in isolated environments with no internet access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach that affects you as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can correct your billing details, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@swiftinfocorp.com from your account email, with the subject "Privacy request". Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are retained for the required period. You may also write to us, addressed to our Grievance Officer, with any complaint about how your data is handled.

These pages use no cookies. The RasterNivo account service uses one strictly necessary sign-in cookie.
Changes
We post changes here and update the date above. For significant changes we email account holders.
