How credits work
The same credits are used on the web, in the desktop app and through the API. The cost depends on the output resolution.
- You pay only for pages that converted
- Credits are valid until the end of their billing period, plus one day, and do not roll over
- When credits run out, new jobs stop until the next period. You are never charged extra

Billing questions
How do I pay?
By UPI Autopay or a debit or credit card, on Cashfree Payments' secure page. You approve a mandate once; the first period is charged immediately and later periods automatically. RasterNivo never sees your card or bank details.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, one for every payment, as a PDF. Add your company name and GSTIN to your billing details before paying so they appear on the invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Charges stop immediately, and your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Can I change plans?
Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect from your next billing date. To upgrade or switch between monthly and yearly, cancel and subscribe to the new plan, which starts immediately. See Plans and billing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically and you are not charged. We email you 3 days and 1 day before it ends.
