Plans and billing

See Pricing for plans and prices. Your workspace's plan decides its limits and how many credits it receives.

Enter your billing details: name for the invoice, email, mobile number, address and state, plus your GSTIN if your business is registered.
Choose a plan and monthly or yearly billing.
Pay on Cashfree's secure page by UPI Autopay or card. You approve a recurring mandate once. The first period is charged right away, and your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Later periods renew automatically. You get an email and a GST invoice for every payment.

RasterNivo never sees or stores your card or bank details.

GST invoices

Every payment has a GST invoice, available as a PDF.
Prices are listed without GST, and 18% GST is added. If your billing address is in Delhi, the invoice shows CGST 9% + SGST 9%; otherwise it shows IGST 18%.
Add your GSTIN before paying, so it appears on the invoice and you can claim input tax credit. Issued invoices can't be edited.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, your plan stays active for 3 more days. If it's still unpaid, the workspace moves to the Free plan, and credits you already received stay until they expire. Check your UPI mandate or card, or subscribe again, to restore your plan.

Cancelling

Charges stop immediately when you cancel, and this can't be undone. Your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Changing plans

Change	How it works
To a cheaper plan, same billing period	Takes effect from your next billing date.
To a more expensive plan	Cancel, then subscribe to the new plan, which starts immediately. A payment mandate can't be raised above the amount you approved, so an upgrade needs a new approval.
Between monthly and yearly	Cancel, then subscribe again.

The remaining time on an old plan isn't refunded, and its credits stay until they expire. When two plans overlap, the higher one applies.

Billing through the API

The Billing page of your dashboard does all of this for you. These calls use a signed-in session, like API keys, and changes are for workspace owners and admins.

state_code is the two-digit GST state code, for example 07 for Delhi or 29 for Karnataka. Billing is available for addresses in India.
